Ordering Instructions

Through the Victory Briefs Store, you can purchase both hard copy and digital products. Although both are ordered using the same process, getting access to your purchases are different. Read below to get information about your order.

Digital Downloads
Victory Briefs sells both books and videos. Books are available in a *.pdf format. In order to open the files, you will need Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded here.

Videos are available for download in two different file formats, *.mp4 (Mac) and *.wmv (Windows). Before you checkout, make sure you choose the correct file type from the drop down under the product listing. Once you have checked out and payment has been received, you will be able to download the file. You can find the file download by logging into the store and going to 'My Account.' From the 'My Account' page, choose the order you wish to download the file for, and click the link. In order to save the file, use the following browser based instructions:

Firefox

Once you are in you account and have clicked the proper order, click the 'Download' button.
Once the page loads partially, go to 'File --> Save Page As'
Give the file a name and save it

Safari

Once you are in you account and have clicked the proper order, right click the 'Download' button and choose 'Download Linked File.'
The file will save to your downloads folder

Internet Explorer

Once you are in you account and have clicked the proper order, click the 'Download' button.
Click 'Save' and choose the location you wish to save it to.

To play the *.mp4 file, we recommend using either Quicktime or iTunes (download here). To play the *.wmv file, we recommend using Windows Media Player if you have a Windows based machine (download here), or Flip 4 Mac (download here) if you are using a Mac.

All files will be available for download immediately after payment has been received.

Non-Digital Files
By default unless otherwise specified, all products are selected as digital, so it is important that if you wish to purchase a hard copy of a product that you either select the radio button or dropdown to purchase a hardcopy of the product. If you purchase a non-digital product, there will be shipping charges for either USPS Express or Priority mail.
